Climate Change!

Climate change is a tangible problem and its existence can no longer be denied. It is one of the most important scientific, economic threats facing to the earth. There are many factors lead to climate change, such as greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide, fossil fuels. Although it would be self-deception to believe that humans had nothing to do with it, the fact is that human activities caused negative effects on climate change. Man is capable of influencing global climate deliberately or inadvertently through his various actions and activities.

 

This project is designed to expose the real world problem that is currently gaining momentum. By assigning such a topic, students were expected to divulge to the roots of the problem and thereby to identify the signs, causes, impacts and the strategies to solve the problem.

 

Students created Mind maps before starting the project and thereby they all shared their work. Students also created Posters that were displayed in their classroom. Students were to create website that provides great information about climate change. Students were instructed on 21st Century Learning design and thereby expected to follow its principles.
